do you charge hourly or per project?
I’m a believer that per project pricing protects both the designer and the client. A great end product can’t be predefined by a set number of hours and I never want time constraints to handcuff the creative process in order to remain on budget. As such, I quote all work on a project basis so both parties know what they are committing to beforehand.
where does your inspiration come from?
I can honestly say I’m inspired by any and everything around me. Every project always begins with a great deal of research—familiarizing myself with not only the client’s product and interest but also the most up-to-date marketing trends and creative styles.
how long does it take you to complete a project?
The duration of a project is defined largely by the project’s scope. With every new client and project, we thoroughly discuss the goals, needs and vision while taking into consideration the desired turnaround time and budget in order to set forth a realistic production timeline that works for all parties. I will always accommodate deadlines and schedules to produce the best end result.
do you have a favorite thing to design?
Truthfully, not really. I like to keep my style, technique and final products fresh and interesting, I am always looking to diversify my portfolio with a wide variety of projects from corporate branding to children’s birthday invitations. I believe design should never be mundane and, therefore, I don’t play favorites. My favorite thing is mixing it up.
